Hey Everyone, well im back once again for updates!!

So to kick off, today when i awoke i heard that rapper Lil Wayne was going to jail for a whole year! and i was like "LOL Wut?" until i went to where i always go for my urban news www.mediatakeout.com and my twitter, and its true. he's going away for a whole year (but i also heard since he has a good lawyer {i have no clue if he does or not} but someone said he going away for 8 months?? i have no clue to which is true but all i know is Weezy F. Baby is getting locked up....the law is throwing 16 bars at him...

Now, we have new panic at the disco news, {and i dont know if any of this stuff is old, but i get all my infomation off various websites!} but from what i can see Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith are being realllllllly nice to the Young Veins....*sigh*

Panic! at the disco VS The Young Veins.....LOL WUT?

Ok, so hello again everyone, on my last blog it was totally about panic at the disco and the new interviews and such. but!

just recently ive gotten som new information or sum creepy stuff.you could say.

i mean really, now ryan and jon i know you didnt mean to do this on purpose now did you?

now from what ive heard, when brendon and spencer (well call them Team 1) released New Perspective which is their new single, jon and ryan (well call them Team 2) released some crappy song ON THE SAME DAY!

plus ive heard theyve been saying little crappy remarks on twitter along with their friends, plus the fact that ryan has been playing like he's the victim when HE'S the one who left the band.

But then we come to team 1, THEY'VE BENN ANYTHING BUT MEAN about the whole thing, yeah, ok their still pretty upset about it(we could all tell that and feel it) but they havent doen anything ~bitchy. its almost like ryan and jon are coping them now. huh?

PLUS WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT Mischa Barton? ryan and jon have been going to parties with her but they cant do an interview or something.....

Personally from what ive noticed about ryan and jon, is that they've become more and more hippie and careless about things. its like they let themselves go. i mean the way they dress who they hang out with, they look like neo-hippies.

and then we go back to team 1, whenever brendon and spencer are asked about ryand and jon's music they say stuff like "Oh we're fans of Ryan and Jon's stuff" but when ryan was asked about their music he said "i havent heard any of their stuff yet." (which to me is total BS because who hasnt heard new perspective? it was all the rave dear and like i said you guys released your song change or oh glory on the same day NP was released)

in the end, i do not like ryand and jon anymore. and thats sad because i started out a total t33nie for all of them, and i lvoed every one of them, but now its like blah!

Well Hello!

over the last 2 days there have been much talk about the Fame Kills Tour Starring Kanye West and Lady GaGa. and Sadly, (even though i wasnt going) its CANCELLED!

Oh Boy.....

and ive been seeing and reading how LADY GAGA wanted to LEAVE the tour. and i must say, you lie so well, Media!

Actually, It was KANYE WEST who wanted to leave, he wanted to take a break(which he should, dude you should rest...)

I personally think the tour would have been AMAZING, since its Lady GaGa who is a rising icon in the fashion and music world(again, in my opinion) Just like Kanye.( and dont try and argue here, you know you saw people with the Kanye Glasses too  lol).

I hope everything goes well for him and the gaga.

Lady Gaga said today that BOTH she and Kanye West made the decision to cancel the "Fame Kills" tour, and that she will be embarking on her own headlining tour soon, while West plans to drop out of the spotlight.

"It was a mutual decision," Gaga said as she arrived for the Billboard Women in Music Event, where she is receiving this years Rising Star Award. "Kanye's going to take some time off. But the good news is that I'm going on tour in a few weeks."

Lori Ann Gibson, Gaga's longtime choreographer who was working on moves for the shows with the singer, claimed on her Twitter feed that "creative differences" between the Gaga and West led to the tour's abrupt demise.

The cancellation comes just days after the two pop stars announced the dates for an arena tour that was to kick off next month.

Live Nation announced the news on Thursday. The tour promoter says refunds will be issued.

The cancellation comes on the heels of waves of negative publicity for West, following his interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

My Fox has obtained video of a fight between two rival gangs on Thursday that led to the beating death of a 16 year old honor student from Chicago's Fenger High. In the video, Derrion Albert was attempting to help another student when he was hit in the head with a board and pummeled with fists while other students watched. Workers from a nearby community center came to the rescue when the fight was over but it was already to late. To date, three assailants have been caught in connection with the attack and all three have been charged with first-degree murder.

So the last journal i did i said that my birthday was comming up next month, and thats about all i said since i was angry last week at the time when i wrote the journal. wellll, now i can further illustrate my happiness over my Sweet 16.

well, tonight i told my mom that i want 3 things for my birthday, some new earphones, a birthday cake (hello kitty) and a dress.

sadly, very very very sadly, my earphones busted on me, you know how one ear side will stop working and you have to twist the cord to make it work then it just stops working in general? yeah, thanks alot earphones, thanks so much.

umm, well i guess ill re-tell my weeks(S)!

well, to start off, my aunt who lives in california sent me and my mom new purses and sent me $50 dollars. i spent it all over a matter of time on food, nail polish, hair accessories, make up, and random stuff, i suppose.

so, next month is the big day for me.

well, i guess thats all, and besides the fact that my favorite tv reality show Big Brother is ending tonight. im pretty sure Kevin is gonna win and Jordan is comming in second.

HONESTLY, This was the most epic-est VMA's i have ever seen in my entire 15 year old life.

to start off, i wasnt watching the VMA's until the whole kanye west thing, and after that i watched the whole thing.

To be honest, as far as the performances asr concerned, most of them we not good, in my opinion.

Lady GaGa totally was a hot mess, i mean i like her and her music but seriously, she should have performed Poker Face it would have been more lively, but her set was really pretty until the blood came along.

Beyonce was awesome, epic, cool.

jay z, im not a fan, and i think he should have porformed DOA(even though i dont like that song).

im upset FOB didnt win anything, really upset.

i am glad that Britney Spears won something, that goes to show that she stills have fans and people who care enough to vote for her.

i am a total fan of Kanye West, i think his music is different and yet people still accept him, and that something in the hip hop/rap world. I think he is a great musician.

Taylor Swift, i am not a fan and i dont know anything about her, except her song Love Story which i think is a pretty song and i think she has a pretty voice and is pretty.

Now, as far as Kanye West comming on stage, now that ive seen everything, watched everything, i have to say and give Beyonce her props for allowing Taylor Swift to come back on stage, very classy and nice of her.

I wish, i wish i wish Kanye hadn't done what he did, because lets face it and be totally honest, Beyonce Vs Taylor Swift , we all know Beyonce would win. So as far has what his intention and motive was about, not needed Kanye.

ive been thinking lately about alot of stuff.

mostly literature. me writing it.

and i came up with this idea about santa, and since i dont read books, id like to know if this story has been done before or do you think its original, or anything that comes to mind when reading this!

well, i figured that santa is one of the world most knows figures, especially to kids, duh! but i came up with this idea of an evil santa.

and the story goes....

we all know that santa comes one a year to deliever kids presents for being good, but what if the only time kids got presents or toys was when christmas came?

like all during the year kids had to work hard, and that instead of a magical fantasy world, santa was evil and the only time kids had toys was when he came and gave them to the kids, and during the year they had to play with the same toys over and over and over, and sometimes when kids have worked hard and have been good santa still didnt come to their house.

andd, i even came up with an alternate story.

what if there were "classes" of people also, and that you had the poor class and the rich class, and the rich people gave santa drugs and he delievered presents to their houses, and that the poor people had to steal cheat and lie to get enough money to buy drugs to give to santa just so their kids could get gifts but even then they still didnt get good gifts like the rich kids, but then you had thoes parents who went through extreme measures to get on santa's good side so so their kids could get good gifts, and when they did get good gifts they would "show off" their kids gifts and try to make other people jealous, and soon murder and kidnap would happen.

is that a little too extreme for me to put santa in that position orrr???

I think one of the best things about America is that you can find a little of everything here (in the right areas, of course) - there are so many immigrants from around the world that there's a huge variety of foods, media, etc available, if not always mainstream.

As far as the worst...NOTGSarah has a good point, not even just involving trick words such as "natural" but the FDA as a whole is very corrupt, in all areas. Hidden (sometimes harmful, or otherwise contrary to the labeling) ingredients in foods or other products are generally ignored, "skin care" products are put on the market that are really just excuses for companies to dispose of waste materials, medicines are rushed to the market with minimal testing and doctors are bribed to push them on people...the list goes on.

Taking the tangent a step further, the entire medical system here is pretty terrible. Many Americans cannot afford health or dental insurance, and procedures generally cost much more here than in most other countries. It's not uncommon for US citizens to travel to Mexico, South America, or Thailand (just to name a few) to undergo procedures at a fraction of the price they would have cost domestically.

Utter crap devoid of nutrition passes as "food" here to the majority of people, and the FDA isn't helping by labeling french fries as a "vegetable serving". Yeah, sure, people should be able to eat things they like (I think even most generally healthy eaters like some junk, now and then), but it's to the point in this society that healthy food is something one must go out of the way to find - and plenty of things that really aren't healthy at all are labeled to disguise them as such. Kids are especially being hit hard - many (I'm tempted to even say most) public schools only serve greasy crap and refined starches for lunch.

Despite all of the types of people here that make this an interesting place of many opportunities...intolerance is a pretty big issue. Ethnic groups clash, religious/spiritual/ideologist groups clash...in some areas, even students from different high schools clash. Granted, much of this is small in scale compared to some countries around the world, but there are still plenty of hate crimes - not to mention the one known as Proposition 8 (as well as DOMA).

Back to schools...the majority of schools here really aren't teaching anything, even schools with awards such as the "blue ribbon" designation. When I started first grade at an acclaimed public school (I didn't have kindergarten), I was shocked to be forced to read books on the low level I read as an infant (we weren't even allowed to check chapter books out of the school library until the second half of the year and were instructed to seek books with "lots of colorful pictures" instead). Elementary and middle schools are terrible in this manner (even in the "gifted and talented" classes), and high school isn't much better.

I'll probably have more to add to this...

Which She Did!

My connection went out and my second comment was lost. I had more about schools...art and music programs are severely underfunded in most public schools, most elementary/early middle school "music classes" are really just sessions of making kids read goofy nursery rhymes aloud rather than anything to do with the actual composition or performance of music.

Home economics and woodshop classes are also underfunded in at least some areas - not sure about as a whole, but at my middle school (also an acclaimed school) both were replaced with unnecessary "classes" (which were primarily social activities). The majority of funding at the school was put into sports and building a second gymnasium - given the low number of students and absolutely minimal percentage of students with weight problems (maybe 5 tops, all grades combined), this was absolutely unnecessary, especially given the useful classes we missed out on as a result.

Foreign language education is way behind most of the developed world - in many areas, regular classes do not start until high school, where there is usually only one option taught by an unqualified teacher - students rarely wind up with any degree of fluency in the language, and are not required to.

last week was like whoa for me, total whoa.

monday, was like omgomg because i was talking this very long test and i was like "omg i have to finish i have to finish i have to finish!" and what did i do? i finished with flying colors a B. it was a high B at that, and with all of my efforts i got rewarded to my surprise all last week. for starters, i hadthese 2 phones:

and i really loved my pink flip, i mean lovvved it! and my rumor was a good phone, but i had to order a 2nd one because my first one was slow and it would freeze and turn itself off and so i sent it back and got another one of the same color, white. and i loved it once i got a new one. thoes phones are great phones. BUT!!!! we got upgrades. and again to my surprise i got upgrades too. (my mom was originally going to the sprint store to replace her phone but they said we could get all 3 of them replaced, so she replaced all 3 of them!) and when she came back home she had this radioshack bag and i started screaming, really loudly. lol. and when i oppened up the bag i i saw my new phones

and i started screaming LOUDER.

now my ratings for these phones are:

Rumor 2: a great phone, the only thing that i do not like about it is that it doesnt have a camcorder like my rumor 1, but its camera is wayyyy better than the R1 and it does alot more and is faster. its a really good phone!

Sanyo-scp2700: its functions reallllllllly do remind me of my pink phone. it looks all advanced , but i dont really know.  i think its pretty, all in all, its a great phone.

then, like a day or 2 later, a box came to my house.

ok so what happened with the box was, we always get thoes shopping catalogs sent to our house where you order stuff out the books and they send it to you, and they sent us another perfume ordering book, so my mom was like "pick out what you want." and i did and so did she. so now after the company is all like "im sorry but we're out of thoes items you ordered" they still send us the stuff!!!!! to my surprise again, im shocked because i was so down when my mom told me that, but look what happened!

sooooooooo here's what i got!

ok, so the Ed Hardy Perfume smells really good! its not too strong but its not too light either, its really good!

The Ciara Perfume: OMG SOOOOOO SUPER STRONG, BUT IT SMELLS SOOOOOOO GOOD!plus my mom is like, my sister used to wear this perfume.( she's in heaven btw!) but she still used to wear it.

the Britney Spears Perfume (which is my second bottle) and the Lotion(which is hugggge in real life and is thick and creamy) smells so good, and the best part about the lotion is, it isnt just any kind of lotion, it resembles cocoa butter and again is creamy and thick but not too thick!

and i got a magnifing mirror, but it doesnt look like that but just to show you, yeah,i got one. it has 2 sides and its awesome!

     Hello Everyone, now i know, DJ Am just died today an already EVERY media website has the details. Sadly it seems like he died from a Drug Overdose, to be honest i wouldnt know if that is true or not since i dont 'know' about him, but from what ive read, its a possibility thats the cause (may be that only, or something else) but again, he just died so we dont fully know yet.

Ok, on to the main point of what i am saying.....

Since people (media websites) are saying he died from a drug overdose, i would really like to bring more light to Celebrities & Drugs, and Drugs in general.

In my opinion, i think drugs are wrong. i honestly do, and i know alot of artists and celebrities who i like have and are doing drugs, but that doesnt mean i/you have to like that part of them. It honestly sucks that people do drugs, especially when people do drugs because "oh, im so sad" or " oh, i cant help it" Seriously, if you have any type of problem, go get help. do not turn to drugs to help you feel better in a way that is bad for you. I can totally understand if someone is depressed or something, but to OVERTAKE pills, especially prescription drugs, and to do crack and weed and all of that is not needed. i mean, i typed in on google, "HOW MANY CELEBRITIES DIE FROM DRUGS" and its ALOT. like seriously alot.

its like mostly every celebrity death is comming from drugs, or its either drugs are playing a part in the deaths. and its scary. or at least its scaring me to know that drugs can take over a person so much that they have to have them every day, all day. even drinking is a drug.

Hello everyone, well i must say this week was been, so awesome for me, like seriously, it has, and ill tell you all more about that later, but the subject for today is, Patrick Stump in Jail and Panic At The Disco's new video "New Perspective".

i know its not funny to be in jail, but L - O- L.

i honest ly find it funny that he went to jail and that some people are shocked. like seriously, its JUST over his license, im pretty sure that/this happens all the time. no harm done to his image, in my opinion, and no harm done in general, he still a good boy!

BUT OH EM GEE! PANIC AT THE DISCO'S NEW VIDEO!

All i have to say is wow, like wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow! Like when i was on Youtube yester day watching it over and over, i was reading the video comments, and alot of people were like

"oh, its not that great"

"could have been better"

"i dont get it"

"what a stupid idea, they should have done this and this"

and in my opinion, i think EVERYONE should at least be happy that they still have it in them so even make a video, movie promotion or not.

i mean, i havent listened to other bands, besides PATD and FOB in depth to know how other bands react or what they do when they split up. nevertheless, i am very proud of them for making a video, working a new cd, and even being relevant enough for people to listen to them, without being a whole band seeing as to how most people(teenies) listen to them because of ryan and brendon combined, in a way. i hope that the Brendon and Spencer duo, continue on the new path that they are on.

1.There's no proof that he did in fact take drugs when he wrote Alice in Wonderland. Caroll was a mathematician--a very intelligent man. It has been suggested that he used a lot of mathematical concepts throughout his work. He also uses references to classical languages such as Greek.

3.It can be argued, but I believe no,not when he wrote it.
He made the story up for a little girl, I doubt any parent, even in the 1800s, would let a man on any sort of substance around their kid no matter the "norm".
The caterpillar was probably smoking tobacco anyway, not pot or anything like that.
Pot wasn't even THAT popular till the 50's when it was used for therapy, as were drugs like LSD or Shrooms, things like shrooms were used in native-american rituals anyway. And **** LSD wasn't even invented yet!
It's quite possible that Lewis Carrol did some drugs, as I believe he did have depression and some physical pains, he wouldn't put any such things in the story, he liked the innocence-like stuff of little kids (in a non pedofile-ish way).

Whatever he wrote was made up for his friend Alice. There was no way he could've foreseen the hippie culture that was to take place in the 60's.
It's nothing more than a children's story that people like to analize and break apart into something more sinister and bad.
